This Man & new Papa came to Texas to visit-
His new granddaughter
Oh, and me too!
It has been three weeks now,
that I have been here and away from my
home and him.
So, we decided that we would take a little
trip up north about an hour or so this weekend,
to see a little more of Texas.
Somewhere like this...
I am really missing my mountain views
and the ocean.
But here I can have a lake view;
it will do for now.
So...

I'm so glad he could come! I'll bet he couldn't decide which of his girls to hug first. That's a precious picture of her.

A new grand daughter? Is it o.k. to be jealous? She's just beautiful. My daughter was married a year ago last July and I impatiently wait to hear that I will have my first grandbaby... :)

What a sweet new baby! I'm glad you got a chance to get a little get away with your husband. Your daughter is going to miss you when you permanently leave!
New grandparents need time alone together. I know whereof I speak. As for your new little granddaughter...she is adorable! I can't imagine being away for three weeks, and I can imagine how thankful they are to have you in their lives. I would miss the mountains too if I were you.
