weekending

 Weekend (ing)

It was quite colorful as we visited a
local family farm that sells vegetables,
fruit and seasonal items...
in particular pumpkins,
which is what we were looking for.

Keith found a pumpkin, but I don't think
it will fit too well on our porch.

At this farm, the goats have it good.
They have their own walking path, on the roof.

At the same farm, they still had some
 blackberries needing to be picked.

They were delicious!

And-- last but not least,
I was the backseat rider, as we rode on
a nearby mountain road that boasts of
its beautiful views.

The top photo is a picture of
the beautiful valley that we live in.

It was a GREAT weekend.

Hope yours was too!

Nice Fall story. I miss going to the Pumpkin Patch. Kids grow up too fast.

It looks exactly like the kind of day I would like to spend with my husband. I think I feel a little road trip coming on.
