I have been out of the blog scene 

for little while lately.

I have ONE very good excuse though.

Last week we flew to Houston, Tx.

to celebrate our granddaughter, 

Gianna's, very 1st birthday!

I was blessed to be in Houston last year

to witness the birth of this sweet girl.

She has brought such joy to our lives since

entering the world on 1/31/12. 

She has the most beautiful smile and the cutest little

laugh... just like her mommy.

The birthday party was a success,

as was Gianna's very own cake.

This "Cookie" was so very happy to spend this

very special day with you, Gianna.

Papa and I love you and pray that the Lord

will bless you and keep you strong and healthy

through this next year and always.
