Easy Apple Pie

Easy Apple Pie
(Serves 6 - 8)

3- green apples, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 cup flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix together first 4 ingredients until all apple slices are coated.  Pour into pie tin. Melt butter in saucepan and cook until golden brown in color.  Remove from heat; slowly add sugar, eggs and flour.  Pour over apples and bake 7 to 9 minutes.

(If you want to make this recipe sugar-free, you can substitute Splenda baking sugar for regular sugar)

Serve with vanilla ice cream.

ENJOY!

This is my kind of baking!
If you haven't noticed I don't cook or bake much but when I do, it's got to be easy!

Oh, this will definitely be in my recipe box!

Anything with apples, you can count me in. The simplicity of this pie works for me. Thanks for the recipe.
