Saying Good-bye to Summer

It's time to say
Good-bye to Summer.

Oh Summer, you will be missed
but thank you for all that you brought
with you this year.

Swimming Pool Fun

Cool Treats

Beach Trips

Weddings

Exciting Announcements
(Yay.. for becoming Grandparents)

Backseat Adventures

But... there are still a few,
end of the summer
reminders in our yard and potted garden.

Last tomato's of the season

Butterfly Bush in full bloom

Hollyhocks

Our Sol Fountain

So... good-bye summer,
can't wait to see what you bring
next year.

You captured summer memories beautifully! I got excited all over again for you becoming a grandma. Grandmas that are back seat riders, have so much fun:) I like the homemade popsicles.

I do believe you had the BEST summer. A wedding and a happy expectation. It doesn't get any better.

Summer was bummy here. I'm placing my apples in the FALL basket.

Life brings so many wonderful surprises. God is so good. We need to remember this when life takes other turns. Thanks for sharing those special moments.

I am so jealous of your hollyhocks. They are beautiful {my favorite flower}. We can't seem to grow them as the garden beetles just devour them.
